Oak City Beard and Mustache Competition

• The Oak City Beard and Mustache Assembly is having their second annual beard and mustache competition this Coming Saturday at the Pour House music hall in downtown Raleigh. I joined this club of bearded brothers last year and although I have not been able to be involved with them much recently, they are a group of guys that truly care about the community.

• There are two main reasons that I am behind this: First, all of the proceeds from the competition are going to the Raleigh Rescue Mission and second, I enjoy having a beard.

Venue: Pour House Music Hall

• Saturday July 25, 2015
• Doors: 6:30pm
• Comp: 8:00pm
• Admission: $10 online; $15 at the door
• Age restrictions: All Ages
